At the height of the Great Depression, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow went from two small-town nobodies in West Texas to America's most renowned folk heroes and the Texas law enforcement's worst nightmares. Fearless, shameless, and alluring, their electrifying story of love, adventure and crime captured the excited attention of an entire country. Now, the most notorious couple of the twentieth century takes on a whole new adventure: the stage.

Hollis Scarborough* | Bonnie Parker

Stage Center: Debut. Hollis Scarborough is delighted to be making her Stage Center debut and is so grateful for the warm southern welcome! Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Hollis is an actress living and working in NYC. Missy Wise | Blanche Barrow

Other theatre credits include: The Old Maid and the Thief(Miss Todd), The Medium (Madame Flora), The Mikado (Katisha), Legally Blonde(Elle's Mom; Judge), Hair (Tribe). Ms. Wise is a proud 2009 graduate of Centenary College of Louisiana where she received her Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance. In addition to acting, Ms. Wise has been touring as an independent songwriter and recording artist since 2010. Her latest album, Issues, released in February of 2012 & topped out at number 12 on the iTunes singer/songwriter charts. She is a co-founder and serves as President of the Board of Directors for Stage Center, Inc. Bill Pou | Sheriff Schmid

For Stage Center: Ragtime (J.P. Morgan). Bill has been participating theater since 1996 and is happy to be back with Stage Center. He was previously seen as Mr. Gilmer in To Kill A Mockingbird at SLT, a role he also played in 2006. Other performances include Paul in Kiss Me, Kate, Hinsie in The Pajama Game, Juror #4 in Twelve Angry Men, Cheswick in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Harry in Lying In State, Mr. Macy in Miracle on 34th Street and Boolie in Driving Miss Daisy. Bill was very proud to share the stage with his talented son, John Peyton Pou, a Stage Center regular, in The Sound of Music, The Wizard of Oz, Disney's Mulan Jr. and last season in Stage Center's Ragtime. Bill is a partner with The Think Network. He and his wife, Angel are owners of Mrs. McGregor's Garden.

Cynthia Riser Johnson |

Cumie Barrow/Gov. Ferguson

Stage Center: Debut. Cynthia is delighted to be making her SC debut. Theatre credits include Big River, (Miss Watson and Sally Phelps); Hairspray (Prudy Pingleton); Crimes of the Heart (Chick); The Prisoner of Second Avenue (Pauline); Side by Side by Sondheim; Shenandoah (Anne); Arsenic and Old Lace (Elaine); The Good Doctor (Girl-several roles); Butterflies Are Free (Jill Tanner); A Funny Thing Happened...Forum (Philia).  Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Music degree from NSU in Voice.  My sincere thanks to my wonderful husband John for being a constant source of support.

Warren Grafton | Henry Barrow

For Stage Center: The Civil War (Performer/Musician). Warren “Doc” Grafton is a retired pathologist. He has been singing and acting on stage since the first grade. Performances with the Gilbert and Sullivan Society include Iolanthe, Ruddigore, HMS Pinafore, Pirates of Penzance, The Mikado, Patience, The Sorcerer, Bye Bye Birdie, and Trial by Jury. Performances at East Bank Theatre include The Education of Hyman Kaplan and Tom Jones. Performances at Shreveport Little Theatre include Smoke on the Mountain, A Sanders Family Christmas, Smoke on the Mountain Reunion, Honky Tonk Angels Christmas Spectacular, Arsenic and Old Lace, Big River, The Sound of Music, The Odd Couple, Dark of the Moon, Taffeta Memories, Sweeney Todd. He plays guitar and performs country and gospel music at the VA Hospital every Saturday morning with a group called The Antiques. He also performs at nursing homes, churches, and senior citizen luncheons.

Jason Shidiskis | Detective Bob Alcorn
For Stage Center: Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka (Mr. Salt), Ragtime (Willie Conklin), A Christmas Story The Musical (Jean Shepherd). Mr. Shidiskis’ first memories of being on stage were when he was six years old and participated in the The Children’s Center’s production of Grease in his hometown of Minden, LA. Since this first performance, he has maintained a love for musical theater. As a student at Minden High School, he performed in numerous plays and musicals including Hello, Dolly! (Waiter 1); Still Life With Iris (Grotto Good); Grease (Sonny), and The Taming of the Shrew (Petruchio), and was the 2002 recipient of the Cultural Crossroad’s Cultured Pearl scholarship.

Seth Dubois | Captain Frank Hamer

Stage Center: Evita (Ensemble), Avenue Q (Bad Idea Bear). Stage Center: Evita (Ensemble), Avenue Q (Bad Idea Bear). Mr. DuBois has been a active sponsor of Captain Shreve High School Drama Club since 2009. Over the years, he has worked together with his wife to direct and produce a variety of musicals at Captain Shreve including last year's Zombie Prom and the upcoming Annie Get Your Gun. He is excited about the opportunity to return to the stage this season with Stage Center.

John Peyton Pou | Deputy Bud
For Stage Center: Noises Off (Tim Allgood); A Chorus Line (Paul); Ragtime (Ensemble), Tarzan (Ensemble), The Civil War (Performer), 9 to 5 The Musical (Josh - 2013 Audience Choice Award, Favorite Featured Actor), Evita (Ensemble), Sweeney Todd (Tobias). John Peyton is a senior at Caddo Magnet High School. Past credits include Academy of Children’s Theatre’s productions of 13 (Evan), Oliver! (Artful Dodger), The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe (Edmund),Disney's Mulan, Jr. (Mushu), Into The Woods, Jr. (Jack), The Sound of Music (Kurt), The Wizard of Oz, and Hairspray. For River City Repertory Theatre: The Rose Tattoo (Salvatore). He wishes to thank his family for their tremendous support and is thrilled to be continuing his work with Stage Center. 
Thomas Wiltheis | Deputy Johnson
For Stage Center: A Christmas Story The Musical (Ensemble). Mr. Porter, 28, is excited to be a part of his second of hopefully many more shows with Stage Center. Music has been a part of his life since kindergarten all the way through high school graduation. Currently in school for a Mass Communications degree with a concentration in Public Relations, he loves to sing and dance and thanks Stage Center for offering an outlet where he can express himself through those forms. "I'm truly lucky that I get to be a part of this great company and can't wait for the rest of the season." 
Courtland Anderson | Ensemble/US Young Clyde For Stage Center: A Christmas Story The Musical (Randy); For SC's SOPA: Upcoming: Young Simba in Disney's The Lion King Jr.; Captain Louie (Louie). Other credits include: The Governor’s Program for Gifted Children's summer production of Big (Young Josh), The Mouse that Roared (Will Tatum, President). Courtland is a seventh grade gifted student and a member of Stage Center’s Performance Troupe. He is an active member in the Asbury UMC youth group. He would like to thank his mom, dad, and his brother Cain for their encouragement and support. He would also like to thank his extended family at Stage Center for welcoming him with open arms and offering him a place to shine!

Peyton Turner | Ensemble/US Young Bonnie For Stage Center: A Christmas Story The Musical (Ensemble), Disney's My Son Pinocchio. Ms. Turner is a student at the Stage Center School of Performing Arts where she is a third year member of the performance troupe having won with them the award for Excellence in Ensemble Work (2013), Excellence in Music (2014), Excellence in Dance (2015) at the National Invitational Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta, GA, where she was invited to audition for a Choreography DVD in NYC and was named an All-Star. For SC SOPA: Upcoming - Disney's The Lion King Jr. (Ensemble), Captain Louie (Ensemble), Seussical Jr. (Gertrude McFuzz), Disney's Mulan Jr. (Emperor), Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr. (Rose), Disney's The Aristocats Jr. (Duchess), Disney's Winnie the Pooh Kids (Ensemble). Ms. Turner is a 12-year-old from Shreveport, Louisiana, who has four years of experience in vocal training, acting, and musical theater. She has been featured in many community, school, and church productions, programs, and other events, including Ursula in Disney's The Little Mermaid Jr., and Mrs. Potts in Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr. Peyton has ,  In the spring, Peyton was a finalist at the Shreveport/Bossier ArtBreak Talent Show. In addition to her acting and dance training at SC's SOPA, she trains vocally with Jennifer Dowd. Peyton attends Caddo Middle Magnet, where she is in the 6th grade and participates in Choir, Theater Arts Club, and the Talented Arts Program for both Voice and Acting.

Tommy William Thurston | Buck Barrow
Stage Center: Debut. Tommy is absolutely thrilled to be making his debut with Stage Center, playing opposite of one of his favorite people. He currently resides in Chicago and is very active in the theater community there. Most recently, Tommy played Warner Huntingont III in Legally Blonde the Musical with Big Noise Theatre in Chicago. Tommy also had the honor of being a part of the production Songs From An Unmade Bed with Pride Films and Plays this past Spring, which received highly acclaimed reviews and several Jefferson Award nominations. Other recent credits include: The Cat in the Hat with Broadway in Chicago (Cat), Rapunzel with Emerald City Theatre (Prince Brian), Alice in Wonderland Tour with Emerald City (Mad Hatter/Caterpillar/Duchess), Hairspray with North Shore Theatre (Link Larkin), Carousel at the Starlight Wallace Bowl (Enoch Snow), Honk! The Musical with Huron Playhouse (Cat), and Company with Gallery Players (Robert). Tommy received his BAC in Musical Theatre from Bowling Green State University, where he played some of his favorite roles, such as The Emcee in Cabaret, Robert in Company, and Jack in Into The Woods, just to name a few!

Seth Taylor | Ted Hinton

For Stage Center: Ragtime (Tateh - 2014 Audience Choice Award, Favorite Leading Actor), Willy Wonka (Candy Man), The Civil War (Bill/Performer), Avenue Q (Nicky - 2013 Audience Choice Award, Favorite Comedic Duo), Elton John and Tim Rice's Aida (Radames), Sweeney Todd (Anthony). Seth is a co-founder and producer of Stage Center and is currently serving as Director of Education for SC's School of Performing Arts. He is also currently on faculty at SC SOPA, where he teaches voice lessons full-time. Seth attended Hurley School of Music at Centenary College where he sang under the instruction of opera headliner Dr. Gale Odom and conducted with the renowned Dr. Julia Thorn.  Seth began making audiences laugh in operas, such as Bernstein's Trouble in Tahiti (Jazz Trio), Puccini's Gianni Schicchi (Gherardo) and one of his favorites, Menotti's Amahl and the Night Visitors, where he got to play that quirky King Kaspar.  His musical theatre credits include The Sound of Music (Rolf), Les Miserables (Jean Valjean), RENT (Steve/Seasons of Love Soloist/Others), Pippin (Pippin Double), Hairspray (Corny Collins/Mr. Pinky) in addition to his work with Stage Center. Seth has served as musical director for many student shows in Shreveport and is the official Music Director for SC SOPA's award-winning Performance Troupe, who recently earned recognition for "Excellence in Music" at the 2014 Junior Theatre Festival in Atlanta. He also recently served Stage Center as musical director for Evita, Disney's My Son, Pinocchio, The Civil War, for which he also served as Production Supervisor, Disney's Tarzan, and A Christmas Story the Musical. Seth is very excited to sing another wonderful score by Frank Wildhorn, and share the stage with such a talented and friend-filled cast!
Cordara Newson | Preacher
For Stage Center: Tarzan (Kerchak), Ragtime (Booker T. Washington - 2014 Audience Choice Award, Favorite Featured Male), A Christmas Story The Musical (Ensemble). Mr. Newson, a Shreveport native, is excited to be a part of Stage Center’s production of Bonnie and Clyde. He graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 2010 with a BA in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Print Journalism and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Student Affairs and College Counseling. As a student he participated in several productions including The Fantasticks (Matt), The Six Who Where There (Ensemble), Twelfth Night (Captain), and Lucky Stiff (Man 1). While at SAU, Mr. Newson was inducted into Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated and Alpha Psi Omega National Theater Honor Society for his outstanding contribution to the Theater Department. He is the son of Pamela Marshall who has proven to be his #1 fan. Other acting credits include: Travailing Women (Caleb Carver), Fiddler on the Roof (Label), and This Train is Bound for Glory (Conductor). I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without the love of God and the support of my family and friends. Cameron Cason | Young Clyde

Mr. Cason is a student at the Stage Center School of Performing Arts where he is a third year member of the performance troupe having won with them the award for Excellence in Ensemble Work (2013), Excellence in Music (2014), Excellence in Dance (2015) at the National Invitational Junior Theater Festival in Atlanta, GA. Sydni Lowrie | Young Bonnie

Stage Center: Debut. Ms. Lowrie is a student at the Stage Center School of Performing Arts where she will appear in our upcoming production of Disney's The Lion King Jr. She previously made her SC SOPA debut in Captain Louie.

Other local acting credits include:  Disney's The Jungle Book Kids (ACT), A Christmas Carol (Fezziwig) & Sacajawea (Otter Woman), both at Providence Classical Academy where she is in the 6th Grade. At age 11, Sydni is extremely excited to play Young Bonnie and have the opportunity to learn from a cast of such talented actors from across the United States.  The role has even more meaning to Sydni as she has been told she is a descendant of Bonnie Parker!

Cassidy Giddens | Trish
Stage Center: Debut. Ms. Giddens is currently a junior at Caddo Magnet High School and is ecstatic to be a part of her first Stage Center show. She has been seen in the ensemble for In the Heights (ACT), South Pacific (Caddo Magnet Players), Miss Sandra in All Shook Up (SLT), Miss Amelia in A Little Princess (SLT), Pinocchio in Shrek the Musical (SLT), Evillene in The Wiz (Caddo Magnet Players), and Kathleen in All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten (Caddo Magnet Players). She would like to thank Daniel, Jared, and Seth for this wonderful experience and opportunity; Aubrey for being an amazing friend; and her mother and her entire family for always supporting her in her dreams.

Aubrey Buckner | Shiela

Stage Center: Debut. Ms. Buckner has recently been in The Addams Family The Musical with SLT as Wednesday Addams, and The Wiz with Caddo Magnet Players as Yellow Brick Road. She is soon to be seen as Waverly in the musical Next Thing You Know, directed by her fellow students. She is very excited to perform with Stage Center for the first time!

Barbara  Holmes | Ensemble
For Stage Center: Ragtime (Sarah's Friend - 2014 Audience Choice Award, Favorite Diva Performance), Tarzan (Kala), The Civil War (Performer), Disney's My Son Pinocchio (Adult Ensemble), Evita (Ensemble), Elton John & Tim Rice's Aida (Ensemble). Barbara is a native of Shreveport and has lived here all her life. She has been singing since age 11. Mrs. Holmes made her acting debut with Shreveport Little Theatre in Fats Waller’s Ain't Misbehavin (Amelia). Other local credits include Hairspray (Motormouth Maybelle), Sister Act The Musical in concert (Dolores Van Cartier), The Best Christmas Pageant Ever (Mrs. Armstrong), and Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry (Miz Crowder) for Mahogany Ensemble Theatre.

Mary King | Ensemble

For Stage Center: Ragtime (Ensemble), The Civil War (Performer - 2013 Audience Choice Award, Favorite Diva Performance), 9 to 5 The Musical (Ensemble), Disney's My Son Pinocchio (Ensemble), Evita (Ensemble), Elton John & Tim Rice's Aida (Ensemble). Mrs. King has been a part of Stage Center for 3 years, and has lended her vocal talents to singing in the pit for several shows in addition to the time she has spent on stage. She has song gospel for many years and done several gospel plays.
